I've been an entrepreneur since I could hold a job—starting with odd hustles at 14 and eventually diving into law and an MBA. But it wasn't until I co-founded and scaled a startup from nothing to $350M that I truly learned what operational excellence demands.
As COO, I built and managed teams across continents, navigated hypergrowth, fundraising rounds, and tough pivots. We soared through multiple funding rounds, and I learned firsthand the critical importance of building sustainable operational foundations.
